Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a fabulous view of the bridge from rooms with balconies, but the air conditioning is ineffective. The service is friendly and helpful. The location is stunning with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping. The dining experience varies from fair to excellent. The facilities are generally good, but there are some limitations.
I absolutely loved the hotel! It's in a prime location close to town restaurants and offers stunning views of the Viaduct. The rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with good A/C. The service was exceptional with welcoming and helpful staff, although a little hiccup at the reception desk. Dining was a delightful experience with a wide range of fresh options. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, making my stay memorable.
The hotel offers very clean and fresh rooms with a lovely summery feel and pastel color decor. Although the pressure of the showers was a bit weak, the overall room condition exceeded our expectations compared to our prior experiences in Europe. The service, however, was not up to the usual Mercure standard after a long drive, except for one very helpful and sympathetic staff member. The location, right in the center of Millau, provided a great view from the balcony. Despite some areas that echoed a lot and lacked ventilation, the history of the Roman times and local museum added to the intrigue. The dining experience was a little below average for the price, with the restaurant offering a good range of options, albeit a bit expensive.
